Data Deletion Instructions
Saturncube Technologies provides an AI chatbot service that lets businesses answer customer messages on WhatsApp and their websites. We process messages on behalf of those businesses.
To request deletion of your data
Email privacy@saturncube.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Include the WhatsApp phone number the messages were sent from or to, and the name of the business you contacted, if you know it.
What happens next
We confirm your identity by replying to your request. We delete your conversation data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What we may keep
Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records.
You can also contact the business you messaged directly, since it controls how your conversation data is used.
