Saturncube Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Teleprompter Free ScriptReader for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
2Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another person
3Subscriptions
Teleprompter Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
4Free Version
The free version of Teleprompter includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to receiving relevant advertisements.
5User Content
Any scripts you write or videos you record using the app remain your property. Saturncube Technologies does not claim ownership of your content and does not access or store your content on our servers.
6Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Saturncube Technologies does not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7Limitation of Liability
Saturncube Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of recorded content.
8Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
