By downloading or using Teleprompter Free ScriptReader, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
Saturncube Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Teleprompter Free ScriptReader on devices you own or control, including for content you create commercially (for example, monetized videos, courses, or client work).
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app itself, or resell access to it
- Reverse engineer the app, or attempt to extract its source code or any credentials embedded in it
- Access our AI thumbnail service other than through the app as intended, or attempt to bypass AI credit checks or rate limits
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another person
3. Subscriptions
Teleprompter Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and yearly plans. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country and change over time.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
4. AI Credits and Credit Packs
The AI Thumbnail feature is powered by AI credits. Some credits may be included with a Premium subscription, and additional credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs. Prices for credit packs are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- Each AI thumbnail generation uses one or more credits, as shown in the app
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Purchased credit packs are consumed on use; once credits have been used to generate a thumbnail, that usage is final and not eligible for a refund
- Credits granted as part of a subscription are available for use during your active subscription period, as described in the app
5. Free Version
The free version of Teleprompter includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to receiving relevant advertisements.
6. User Content
Any scripts you write or videos you record using the app remain your property. Saturncube Technologies does not claim ownership of your content. Your scripts and recordings stay on your device and are not stored on our servers, except that script text and an image you choose to submit are sent to our AI provider solely to generate an AI thumbnail when you use that feature — see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Saturncube Technologies does not guarantee the app, including the AI thumbnail feature, will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Saturncube Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of recorded content.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
